Thank you for choosing Apex Marble & Granite for your purchase of natural stone
Countertops - Granite and Marble is quarried
all over the world and comes in a variety of colors
and finishes. Most granite and marble can be identified
by visual markings on the surface of the stone. Marble
will usually have "veining", or high concentrations
of minerals. Granite is usually known for having a uniform
look. Each piece of stone is unique and can vary in
color and markings.
Your countertops should be cleaned regularly with clean soapy water, with periodic use of the Granquartz 3 in I cleaner. Countertops should be dried with a soft cloth after each cleaning to prevent soap residue, or water marks, from being left on the stone.
Stone should be sealed periodically, depending on type, color, and water absorption rate. Good rule of thumb: Water should bead up on the stone. If not then it is Time to reseal your countertops. Sealer and Grandquartz 3 in I cleaner can be purchased through Apex Marble & Granite.
